PCD WIRE DRAWING DIES

Polycrystalline diamond is sintered from micron-sized diamond particles and a binder (cobalt) under high temperature and pressure conditions. Polycrystalline diamond blanks are mainly divided into three types: non-reinforced ring type, with reinforced ring type and heat stable type.

For each type, a polycrystalline blank with a grain size of 1 to 50 microns can be selected according to the surface quality requirements of the wire.
